“Can Gaspar” by Mar plus Ask architects

Now that we - carefully - can start thinking about traveling again, I immediately thought of this beautiful place that I came across this week at the socials. I totally fell in love with the peaceful appearance of this unique villa at Mallorca which has been complety renovated by Danish-Spanish architect duo Mar plus ask.

The subtle play with materials, surfaces, shapes and colors, whereby the cohesion is maintained by emphasizing and tactfully combining the similarities and commonalities. Natural stone walls - smooth plastered walls, fixtures made of bleached oak - red wooden ceiling beams, frameless glass elements and the curved lines of the eyecatching spiral staircase. With this minimalist approach to furniture staging this home is just perfect if you ask me! - Elvera
